La Entrada opens in Green Valley
Following on the success of several weeks of previews, Beazer Homes is continuing the grand opening today for its newest Green Valley neighborhood, La Entrada.
The neighborhood of single- and two-story homes offers five floor plans, each with a three-car garage.
"La Entrada is already proving to be one of Beazer Home's fastest-selling neighborhoods," said Larry Fodor, vice president of sales for the builder. "We only opened for previews the weekend before Christmas, but already we have had sales and taken reservations on more than three dozen of our home sites. Considering the fact that was during the holiday season when families had a lot going on in their lives, we consider that an extremely good sign that we have developed a winning community."
Floor plans start from $130,990 to $173,990.
The Casa De Flora plan is a three-bedroom, two-bath home with a den. It measures 1,715 square feet. Design options include a fourth bedroom and a retreat. The home is priced from $130,990.
Measuring 2,094 square feet, the two-story Casa Mesa offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a game room. Optional features include a fourth bedroom and loft, and a deck and patio. It is priced from $140,990.
The Casa Bonita, a single-story plan, comes with three bedrooms, two baths, a den and loggia. Priced from $156,990, this plan measures 2,160 square feet, and gives buyers the option of a sunrise room, retreat or second den.
The 2,439-square-foot, two-story Casa Luna is priced from $161,990. The plan features three bedrooms, three baths, a den and game room. Optional features include a fourth bedroom, patio or balcony.
Casa Grande, a three-bedroom, three-bath, two-story home, measures 2,937 square feet. Options include a fourth or fifth bedroom, and a library. The design is priced from $173,990.
Standard features include front-yard landscaping packages with irrigation, block walls, oak cabinets with hidden hinges, rounded corners, and cultured-marble counter tops in baths.
All buyers who commit to purchase today will receive a $500 credit redeemable at the builder's design center.
To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Gibson Road, travel south to Las Palmas Entradas, turn east and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Mondays, when it opens at noon.
The builder is also developing Scarlett Canyon and Eagle Rock in Summerlin, Hillside View in the northeastern valley, Belle Esprit in the southern valley off of Las Vegas Boulevard, Silver Trace in Silverado Ranch and Highland Glen in Green Valley.
