Anthem Country Club offers many amenities

Anthem Country Club, a development by Del Webb Corp. in Henderson, offers a resort lifestyle with amenities such as a championship golf course, salon, fitness center, walking trails and a clubhouse, according to agents.
The neighborhood's 33,000-square-foot clubhouse features a dining room, a grill and sports bar, a meeting room, administrative offices, a golf shop and locker rooms with lounges.
A 13,700-square-foot athletic club and salon will feature cardiovascular equipment; aerobics; swimming; basketball; sand volleyball; tennis; and a salon with hair, nail, massage and facial services. A child-care center, locker rooms and a pool-side cafe will round out this amenity.
The 7,300-yard, par-72 golf course was designed by PGA Champion Hale Irwin and golf course architect Keith Foster. It is scheduled to open for play in the spring.
A trail system will connect the neighborhoods to the recreational amenities, including a central park called The Commons that will feature event lawns and an amphitheater.
The country club will comprise about 1,500 homes and custom-home sites. The custom-home sites offer views of the city and golf course. They measure about half an acre and are priced as high as $750,000.
The development offers 17 floor plans with more than 50 architectural variations, including second stories, basements and casitas. Nearly all residences will back up to the golf course, landscaped trails or open land.
There are four series of homes available in addition to the custom-home sites.
The Impressionist Collection's floor plans range from 1,275 to 1,953 square feet, and are priced from $160,000 to $213,000.
Floor plans range from 1,922 to 2,703 square feet in The Baroque Collection, where prices start from $229,000 to $290,000.
Homes in the Romantic Collection range from 2,725 to 3,549 square feet and are priced from $318,000 to $389,000.
The Renaissance Collection offers floor plans ranging from 3,104 to 5,769 square feet with prices ranging from $371,000 to $570,000.
The design center staff offers assistance in designing homes. Buyers can choose from a variety of interior colors, floor coverings, counter tops, cabinets, light fixtures, appliances, landscaping and window coverings.
Anthem Country Club will cover about 1,000 acres of the nearly 5,000-acre Anthem master-planned community. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past Lake Mead Drive. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
