Summit Point model provides options

Pardee Homes offers immediate availability of Plan Four homes, the largest floor plan in the gated Summit Point neighborhood, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder.
The Plan Four features as many as five bedrooms and four baths in 3,064 to 3,238 square feet, in addition to a two- or three-car, side-loading garage. Floor-plan options include a deck off a secondary bedroom; a balcony with French doors or a sliding glass door from owner bedroom; a built-in desk in a computer room; a media niche in a bonus room and family room; and French doors from the nook to the rear yard.
Kitchens come with ceramic-tile counter tops; natural oak or white matte cabinetry with concealed hinges, adjustable shelves and finished interiors; island workstations; pantries; and black or white built-in appliances.
Four one- and two-story models range from 2,035 to 3,238 square feet. Floor-plan options include offices, dens, studios, lofts, game rooms, and bonus rooms.
Other options include video entry systems, central vacuums, window apron packages, home office wiring packages, crown molding, three-sided fireplaces in the family rooms of some plans, pool table light fixtures in some plans, French doors, and several choices of cabinet finishes.
Standards amenities include a choice of ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring, gas fireplaces, and walk-in closets with raised-panel doors in all bedrooms. In the owner suites, all homes offer walk-in closets, raised-panel wardrobe doors, and baths with natural oak or white matte cabinetry with concealed hinges, adjustable shelves and finished interiors; oval soaking tub with separate shower and clear glass enclosure and ceramic-tile surrounds; and dual adult-height sinks and compartmentalized water closet.
Homes also feature high-speed Category Five wiring and RG6 coaxial cable, garage-door openers, gas barbecue outlets, and prewiring for cable TV and telephones in all bedrooms and kitchens.
Prices start from $172,900 to $221,900.
To visit, drive south on Green Valley Parkway, past Lake Mead Drive, to Wingbrook Avenue, then turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday when it opens at 11 a.m.
