Seven Hills architecture built to match themes
Neighborhoods at Seven Hills are built in an architectural style that fits in with the Italian Renaissance and Spanish Eclectic themes of the community. Molded cornices, columns, tiled gable accents and wrought-iron detailing are among the many architectural elements used.
Many of the home exteriors also feature adaptations of classical design elements, such as vaulted entrances, front and rear balconies, arched windows, capstones and gabled roof lines.
More than one-third of the community's acreage is devoted to open areas, including a landscaped corridor of hundreds of flowering and deciduous trees, pine trees, mixed shrubs, and ground-cover plantings.
The 1,300-acre community is a development of Silver Canyon Partnership.
A wide selection of homes are available, ranging from attached and detached single-family homes priced from the $110,000s, to floor plans priced from the $200,000s.
There are also several recreational developments.
Puccini Park is a 4 1/2-acre facility located on Seven Hills Drive, south of the sales pavilion. The park features tennis, volleyball and basketball courts; a playground; and a picnic shelter. It also connects to other areas through a trail system.
Allegro Park, a 4 1/2-acre city park, was completed in 1997. It features picnic areas, a baseball practice field, a playground and a trail system.
Completion of parks, open areas and trails is scheduled for this year, including a linear park that will wind through the development.
Parks under construction include Vivaldi Park and Sonata Park.
Vivaldi Park will feature a ballfield, playground, picnic shelter and a play field.
Sonata Park includes plans for a soccer field; basketball, tennis and volleyball courts; a picnic shelter; and playground. The 12-acre park will link to the trail system.
