Homes are ready for move-ins at Capital Pacific Homes' Crestmont neighborhood.
"Our Plans Two and Three are available for January move-ins," sales agent Mike Borders said.
Plan Two is a single-story design with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths in 1,962 square feet. It is priced from $149,990, and comes with a two-car garage.
The two-story Plan Three measures 2,468 square feet with three bedrooms, an owner suite and 2 1/2 baths. A fifth bedroom is optional in this home, which is priced from $169,990.
Plan One is a two-story home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an owner suite retreat in 1,764 square feet. It includes a two-car garage and is priced from $139,990.
Also available is the two-story Plan Four, which offers four bedrooms, three baths and an optional den or fifth bedroom in 2,921 square feet. A three-car garage is included.
Interiors feature ceramic-tile entries, textured ceilings, rounded corners, recessed lighting, breakfast nooks, formal dining areas, ceramic-tile kitchen counter tops and oak cabinets .
