Pardee Homes ready for move-in at Bandera
Pardee Homes has one- and two-story homes ready for immediate move-in at the Bandera neighborhood in North Las Vegas, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder in Nevada.
"Families can buy now and enjoy the new year in one of Pardee's Plan Two or Four homes in Bandera," Landry said.
Plan Two homes measure from 1,568 to 1,718 square feet. Kitchens feature a breakfast bar with a sink. The design includes an interior laundry room.
The two-story Plan Four homes range from 1,955 to 2,153 square feet and offer as many as four bedrooms, a bonus room and a three-car garage, priced from $140,950.
Located in the Eldorado mast- er-planned community, Bandera offers a Neighborhood Watch Program supported by resident volunteers, according to Landry
"The Lee Antonello Elementary School and the adjacent 9-acre Eldorado Park are situated at the core of a community that provides families with clean, uncongested streetscapes and close proximity to a variety of shopping," he said.
Priced from $107,950 to $140,950 and measuring 1,233 to 2,153 square feet, the neighborhood offers four floor plans with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages.
Kitchens have ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinets with adjustable shelves and finished interiors, preparation islands in Plans Three and Four, pantries, and upgraded appliance packages in a choice of colors.
Standard amenities include high ceilings, a choice of ceramic-tile or parquet entry flooring and cultured-marble counter tops in secondary baths.
Owner suites have walk-in closets, dual sinks, a separate toilet and an oval tub with a separate shower and ceramic-tile counter tops.
To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and head north to the entrance of Eldorado.
Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when the models open at 11 a.m.
