Pardee Homes holds clearance on final Sierra Estates homes

Pardee Homes has reduced prices on the remaining model homes at its Sierra Estates neighborhood in the Eldorado planned community, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder.
"This is the last chance for home buyers to purchase a professionally-decorated, spacious home in the family-oriented Sierra Estates neighborhood at a very affordable price," Landry said.
"Because the last two homes remaining are the landscaped and decorated models, families can move in right away without the additional work of landscaping, wallpapering and painting," Landry said.
The Plan One model provides dual owner suites with walk-in closets, an office and a three-car garage in 2,204 square feet, priced at $164,950. Its kitchen features tile flooring, granite counter tops and an island/breakfast bar with dual sinks.
The Plan Three model offers four bedrooms, an office, a four-car garage and slate front porch flooring. It is priced at $199,500. The kitchen features ceramic-tile counter tops, a tile backsplash and a preparation island.
The family room has a fireplace. The owner suite offers a walk-in closet, a secondary closet with mirrored wardrobe doors, and a bath with ceramic-tile counter tops, a Roman tub and separate shower.
To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and travel north. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 11 a.m.
