Flex space optional at Pulte's Desert Willow

Pulte Homes `built' flexibility into the floor plans at Desert Willow, a neighborhood in The Willows village in Summerlin, according to Joe Whatley, general sales manager.
"The flex space that can be found in the homes at Desert Willow is a terrific option, because it allows buyers to tailor their homes to accommodate their families' unique needs," Whatley said. "The family of the '90s is constantly growing and changing, so our intention is to build homes as flexible as they are."
Four floor plans range from 1,640 to 2,600 square feet and are priced from the low $150,000s.
Interiors include vaulted ceilings, ceramic-tile entries, brass light fixtures, rounded corners, fireplaces, and front porches in some plans.
      Front-yard landscaping packages are available.
To visit, take Sahara Avenue west, past Hualapai Way, to Blue Willow Lane and go south. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
In the same village, the builder is selling homes at Crown Ridge. Homes are all single story and range from 2,422 to 3,012 square feet, and are priced from the low $200,000s.
Nearby is Brentwood, where single-story homes are available in five designs ranging from 1,141 to 1,653 square feet. Prices start in the low $110,000s.
