Country Lane agent praises
home design
The Cobblestone floor plan at Capital Pacific Homes' Country Lane neighborhood is popular because of its open design, according to sales agents Caren Becht.
"The Cobblestone is very open -- there is a pony wall separating the living and family rooms, and it has a country-style kitchen with an island. This plan is roomy, yet easy to maintain."
The Cobblestone measures 1,557 square feet with three bedrooms, two baths and an optional den or formal dining room. It is priced from $123,990.
This neighborhood of single-story homes offers three other floor plans, all with porches.
The Laurelwood has four bedrooms, two baths and an optional retreat or den. It measures 1,850 square feet and is priced from $131,990.
The 2,021-square-foot Glenbrook provides four bedrooms, or three bedrooms plus a retreat or den, and 2 3/4 baths. It is priced from $141,990.
The Hearthstone offers five bedrooms, or an optional retreat or den in place of one bedroom, and 2 3/4 baths. This plan measures 2,202 square feet and is priced from $146,990.
Interiors feature copper plumbing, cultured-marble vanities, oak cabinets, raised-panel doors, vaulted and textured ceilings, rounded corners, soft-water loops, laundry rooms and walk-in closets in owner bedrooms.
Exteriors include front-yard landscaping and block walls.
The neighborhood is located on Michael Way, between Cheyenne Avenue and Smoke Ranch Road. The sales office and models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Homes range from 1,139 to 3,878 square feet valleywide. It is developing Talon Pointe and Arbor Grove in Summerlin; Kew Gardens in Queensridge; Palatine Hill in Seven Hills; Meritage in Green Valley Ranch; and Crestmont in Sunridge at MacDonald Ranch. In the northeast, Walnut Grove is being developed.
