Napa Hills neighborhood
grand opening celebrated
Buyers looking for an affordable new home in Summerlin are urged by agents to visit Lewis Homes of Nevada's new Napa Hills development, located in The Arbors village in Summerlin.
The neighborhood is a collection of one-, and two-story homes priced from the low $100,000s, which, according to builder Robert Lewis, is an exceptional value for a Lewis-built home in the master plan.
Free refreshments will be provided from noon to 4 p.m. today for guests to the community.
The neighborhood features five floor plans that range from just less than 1,000 square feet to 1,770 square feet.
"Napa Hills is a great community for first-time buyers looking for a home in Summerlin," Lewis said. "The neighborhood has a terrific location in The Arbors village, which is just minutes from new parks, walking trails, shopping and restaurants within the master-planned Summerlin community."
The Falling Leaf plan is a single-story home with two bedrooms and a den or optional third bedroom. An option for a second owner bedroom is also available.
The Grapevine, also a single-story home, has two bedrooms and a den or optional third bedroom. The home can be built with an optional bay window in the owner bedroom and has two baths.
The Wine Press is a two-story home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a dining area, a living room, a pantry and an upstairs laundry room. The home measures 1,529 square feet.
With 1,731 square feet, the Arbor Lane plan has four bedrooms or an optional den and 2 1/2 baths. The home has a family room, living room, island kitchen with breakfast nook and upstairs laundry room.
The largest plan is the Grape Harvest, which measures 1,770 square feet with three bedrooms and bonus area or optional fourth bedroom. This plan features an owner bedroom downstairs and a second owner bedroom upstairs, living room, kitchen with breakfast nook and three baths.
To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn left. Turn right at Anasazi Drive, left at Acacia Tree Avenue and left again at Laurel Glen Drive.
The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
South of Napa Hills is Lewis' Rainbow Springs neighborhood, where two new model homes are also debuting. The neighborhood offers six floor plans with prices starting from less than $120,000.
The new models include the Stonebridge plan, which measures 1,584 square feet in a two-story design that offers three bedrooms, an upstairs laundry room, 2 1/2 baths and a front porch entry. Additionally, the two-story Lakeside plan offers 1,731 square feet with four bedrooms or optional den, 2 1/2 baths, living room, family room, island kitchen with breakfast nook and pantry, upstairs laundry room, front porch and two-car garage.
To visit, take Spring Mountain Road west, past Fort Apache Road, and follow the signs.
