Christopher's Vineyards offers special pricing
As the model homes near completion, home buyers still have time to take advantage of pre-grand opening prices at the Vineyards neighborhood, according to Terri Moore, sales agent for Christopher Homes.
Moore said buyers who act quickly can realize significant savings and choose from home sites ranging from one-quarter to one-half acre.
Priced from the lower $300,000s, the guard-gated enclave of one- and two-story homes is located in The Arbors village in Summerlin, adjacent to Paseo Park.
Four floor plans are available, ranging from 3,072 to 4,200 square feet.
"Prior to the opening of our model homes in February, we are authorized to continue offering special pre-grand opening pricing, which could translate to thousands in savings for our first buyers," Moore said. Floor-plan variations include courtyards, courtyard fireplaces, extended rooms and additional bedrooms and baths. An on-site architect is available to assist buyers at no additional charge in designing the home to meet their specific lifestyle needs.
Also, buyers can consult with professional interior designers from the builder's in-house design center. The designers can offer advice regarding standard selections and upgrades and can help buyers choose items such as window and wall coverings.
Moore said a good example of the versatility in design buyers can expect to find at the neighborhood is the Monticello plan, a 3,072-square-foot, single-story home.
The Monticello features an enclosed courtyard that is available with an optional courtyard fireplace and as many as five bedrooms with a three-car garage, or four bedrooms with a four-car garage. Along with a two-car front-entry garage, the plan has a third-car, side-entry garage on the opposite side of the home. This third-car garage provides private access to a secondary bedroom and bath, which can be used as a guest suite. In lieu of the side-entry garage, an option is an optional private studio that overlooks the front courtyard and has its own private bath.
The plan also features a 12X17 room that can accommodate a sectional sofa, grand piano, pool table or children's play equipment.
Homes in the neighborhood feature ceramic-tile flooring in the entries, kitchens and laundry rooms; ceramic-tile counter tops; gas fireplaces; home theater prewiring in the family room; and an alarm system.
To visit the sales and information center at Vineyards, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and go south. Turn east on Hualapai Way and drive to Laurelglen Drive.
