Oak Hills' Spruce plan available
Coleman Homes' agents are urging buyers to celebrate the new year with a new home at Oak Hills in Summerlin. The neighborhood is offering the Spruce model with immediate occupancy available. The home buyer who acts quickly can move into this new home within 30 days.
The three-bedroom, two-bath Spruce plan is priced at $136,375. It features a fireplace, maple cabinets, raised-panel interior doors, an appliance package, window coverings, a covered patio and backyard landscaping.
The neighborhood offers five, one- and two-story floor plans that range from 1,150 to 1,680 square feet, with prices starting at $119,975. The homes feature high ceilings, ceramic-tile entries, ceramic-tile kitchen counter tops, gas fireplaces and two-car garages.
The Evergreen is a two-story model that features four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Optional features, such as dens, allow buyers to further customize their homes.
"New home buyers don't have to look too far to see that Coleman Homes builds a very solid and elegant home," said Gary Mayo, vice president for the builder. "Many of our homeowners have told me how comfortable and efficient our floor plans are. ... Plus they like the ability to customize with our extensive list of pre-priced options, which allows them to display their own individual tastes. ..."
Buyers will have access to Summerlin's recreational amenities, such as the parks and jogging trails.
To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn left. Make a right on Banburry Cross Drive and follow the signs. The models and sales center are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Coleman Homes is part of Toll Brothers Inc. The developer has two other developments within Summerlin, Willow Glen and Woodlands, and is introducing another development nearby, Buckingham at Queensridge. The company recently announced its sixth consecutive year of record earnings, its seventh consecutive year of record revenues and year-end backlog, and its eighth consecutive year of record signed contracts.
