Models open at Perma-Bilt's Belle Crest

     Model homes have been completed at Perma-Bilt Homes' Belle Crest neighborhood in the Shadow Hills planned community in the northwestern valley.
      Belle Crest offers four floor plans that measure 1,362 to 2,219 square feet, with prices that start from the low $120,000s. It is the second of four neighborhoods planned for Shadow Hills.
      "Belle Crest offers spacious three-, and four-bedroom homes priced from the $120,000s," Ruth Ochoa, vice president of sales and marketing, said recently. "The community has had a lot of interest from families looking for a larger home in the northwest area. In addition, Belle Crest's peaceful, surrounding environment that offers views of the nearby mountains, as well as the Las Vegas skyline, has also been an attraction."
      The single-story Belle Ridge plan has three bedrooms, two baths, a country kitchen and a two-car garage. The plan measures 1,362 square feet.
      The Belle Cliff, also a single-story plan with three bedrooms, offers a library, two baths, an island kitchen, a breakfast nook, family room, living room and dining room and a two-car garage. The home measures 1,637 square feet.
      The two-story Belle Monte plan has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, or an optional fifth bedroom and a third bath and measures 2,027 square feet with a tandem three-car garage that provides area for a workshop.
      The Belle Crest plan measures 2,219 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, or an optional fifth bedroom with 3 1/2 baths. The home can also be built with an optional loft, retreat or bonus room and has a tandem three-car garage.
      To visit, take the U.S. 95 Expressway to Cheyenne Avenue, go west and follow the signs. The sales office and model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when they open at 11 a.m.
      Shadow Hills is also home to Stonecliff, which offers four floor plans that range from approximately 1,000 to 1,558 square feet with as many as three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and attached two-car garages. Prices start from the low $100,000s.
