Montesol sets home buyer incentives

     Several standing-inventory homes at Pageantry's gated Montesol neighborhood in Henderson come with a washer, dryer and refrigerator for buyers who can close escrow within 30 days.
      "New-home buyers, especially first-timers, are often a little strapped for additional cash," said Don G. White, company president. "These incentive extras from Pageantry will make the move into a new single-family home that much easier."
      Available homes are priced from $125,990 to $149,940, with FHA and conventional financing available. Another possibility for veterans is $1 down-payment financing.
