Plan Three's ready at Pardee site

Pardee Homes' Bermuda Greens neighborhood in the southern valley has immediate availability of Plan Three homes in the Rancho Las Palmas planned community, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for the builder in Nevada.
"Two different floor-plan versions feature three bedrooms, a loft, and workshop; or four bedrooms and tandem garage, both in 1,887 square feet ; Plan Three is an ideal family home in a comfortable community setting," Landry said.
The neighborhood offers four floor-plan options ranging from 1,233 to 2,153 square feet, priced from $118,450 to $152,450.
Kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinets with adjustable shelves and finished interiors, preparation islands in Plans Three and Four, pantries, single-lever faucets with separate pull-out sprays and upgraded appliances in white or black.
Standard are volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or wood parquet flooring at entry, a wrought-iron bannister with stained cap and cultured-marble counter tops.
Owner suites have walk-in closets, dual sinks, separate toilets and oval soaking tubs with separate showers.
Options include French doors in select areas, wood window apron packages, security systems, a water-softening system and a reverse osmosis water filtration system.
To visit, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane and turn west. Turn south at Bermuda Road, east on Pebble Road and south on Manalang Road. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at 11 a.m.
