Pardee exec praises new Bandera plan
The newest collection of homes in the Bandera neighborhood includes the two-story Plan Four, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for Pardee Homes of Nevada.
The plan can measure 1,955 to 2,153 square feet.
"Home buyers can enjoy comfortable living at a great price with the Bandera Plan Four, which offers families up to four bedrooms, bonus room and three-car garage in a two-story floor plan, priced from $140,950," Landry said.
The neighborhood is located within the Eldorado planned community in North Las Vegas, which features a 9-acre park and an elementary school.
"The Lee Antonello Elementary School and the adjacent nine-acre Eldorado Park are situated at the core of a community that provides families with clean, uncongested streetscapes, and close proximity to a variety of shopping," Landry said.
Priced from $107,950 to $140,950 and with 1,233 to 2,153 square feet, the neighborhood offers four floor plans with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and three-car garages.
Kitchens are complemented with ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinets with adjustable shelves and finished interiors, preparation islands in plans Three and Four, pantries and an appliance package in a choice of colors.
Standard features include volume ceilings, ceramic-tile or wood flooring in the entry and cultured-marble counter tops in secondary baths.
Owner suites offer walk-in closets, dual sinks, enclosed toilets, oval tubs, separate showers and ceramic-tile counter tops.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to Camino al Norte and head north to the entrance of Eldorado.
Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when the office opens at 11 a.m.
