Tuscan Cliffs pays buyers' club dues

Membership covers golf, spa, pool, classes

Southern Highlands' Tuscan Cliffs lifestyle extends beyond the guarded gates of its entrance, according to sales agent Mike Goeth.

Walking trails, green belts and other amenities extend from the surrounding master plan into the neighborhood, with the private Southern Highlands Golf Club, immediately to the south of the neighborhood's entrance.

"Life at Tuscan Cliffs is pretty close to being at a resort all by itself," Goeth said. "With space to entertain inside and out, the homes allow our residents to host their own social events and set up rooms for any number of functions, including a private workout studio.

For a limited time, home buyers purchasing within the Tuscan-inspired luxury home development, may receive a one-year social membership to the golf club, courtesy of the builder, with application approval.

Courtesy social membership provides access to Spa Southern Highlands, a 13,000-square-foot facility designed for health, fitness and relaxation. Amenities include four lighted tennis courts, children's and all-ages swimming pools, oversized spa, cabanas, treatment rooms, steam rooms, locker rooms, men's and women's lounges, a Pilates studio and a playground. There are also rooms for classes and a 4,000-square-foot cardiovascular and weight complex.

In addition, social members may attend events at the dining clubhouse, according to Goeth.

"As the community has grown, the club has become a central component of the fabric of Southern Highlands with social calendar events designed to bring people together all year long," he said.

The all two-story neighborhood features luxury estates on lots measuring one-quarter acre or larger. Premium home sites, including mountainside parcels in future phase releases, are available.

Floor plans range from 4,328 to 5,441 square feet; or as much as 6,000 square feet with design options.

Standard amenities include paver stone driveways, exterior stone veneer, sand-finished stucco exteriors, stainless steel appliances, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, 6-foot garden tubs, wood-clad Andersen windows, Kohler plumbing fixtures and structured wiring systems.

Each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home. Base prices range from $1.1 million to $1.25 million.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane. Turn left and follow the signs.

Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at 1 p.m.
