Pavona, Treviso subdivisions in Aliante approach closeout

Pulte properties provide range of floor plans

Pulte Homes' Pavona and Treviso neighborhoods, both located in the heart of the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas, are nearing sellout phases, according to the builder.

"Our unique architecture and superb quality make these two communities exceptional choices in the popular Aliante master plan," said Nick Parks, director of marketing.

Three two-story designs are available at Pavona. They are expandable to 2,053 square feet, and prices start at $295,000.

The 1,629-square-foot home offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a dining room, living room, sitting area off of the master suite as well as a two-car garage.

The 1,690-square-foot home features three upstairs bedrooms with a computer alcove, great room, island kitchen and two-car garage.

The 1,923-square-foot plan includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room, covered arcade with entry leading into formal parlor, living room, dining room, optional loft that can accommodate a study, family room, or playroom as well as a two-car garage.

Amenities include nine-foot volume ceilings on the first floor, upgraded light fixtures, wiring for ceiling fans in the great room and master, separate shower enclosure and oval tub in the master, 36-inch staggered oak cabinets, and upgraded gas range with vented microwave and dishwasher.

Four single-story models are available at Treviso.

The 1,976-square-foot plan features a courtyard, covered porch, three bedrooms, two baths, three-car garage or optional casita, den and exercise room. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms.

The 2,106-square-foot plan offers as many four bedrooms, optional den, two baths and a two-car garage.

The 2,584-square-foot plan features up to five bedrooms, two baths, formal living and dining rooms, as well as a private master bedroom, which is separate from the other bedrooms. It also features a three-car garage.

The 2,694-square-foot plan offers as many as four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, optional den, dining room, great room, nook and two-car garage.

Additional standard features include 42-inch arched cabinets, 10-foot ceilings and stucco-covered patios.

Homes at both neighborhoods are constructed with Environment for Living standards, which make them 30 percent more efficient than Energy Star.

More than 400 acres of land within Aliante is dedicated to recreational and public uses.

To visit, take the U.S. Highway 95 north to the Las Vegas Beltway and exit north on Decatur Boulevard. Turn right at Deer Springs Way. Pavona is on the left; Treviso is located straight ahead.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesdays when it opens at noon.
