Christopher Homes extends designs to lot owners

Christopher Homes' new Build on Your Lot program offers luxury-home buyers the opportunity to build their own homes while saving time and money.

"By choosing one of our award-winning residential designs, a buyer simplifies the process enough to save many thousands of dollars and have a much shorter construction time frame. Every aspect of the process is handled in-house, by our team of experts, which results in a stress-free and extremely cost-effective way to build a luxurious home," sales agent Dana Limon said.

All of the designs include floor plan variations, she added.

"Best of all, by bypassing the time-consuming process of architectural design and engineering, the buyer's home can be completed and ready for move-in within as little as eight months."

Homes, excluding the lots, are priced from the low $500,000s.

Prospective buyers can view all of the builder's designs via video or photographs. In some cases, furnished models are available for buyers to tour.

Available features include elevators, motor courts, courtyard fireplaces, casitas, four-car garages, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wine cellars and wet bars.

Buyers have the opportunity to meet with the builder's staff, which includes an in-house design team, to discuss floor plan variations, upgrades and interior amenities.

In addition, the builder can provide assistance locating home sites. Staff members are versed in area building codes, architectural review processes and market values.

Information regarding the program can be obtained at Aria, the builder's custom show home at MacDonald Highlands, a guard-gated community in Henderson. It is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Monday.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to the Valle Verde Drive exit and go south, past Horizon Ridge Parkway, to the entrance of MacDonald Highlands. The guard will provide further directions to the home.
