Getaway program introduces Sun City Anthem

Del Webb allows potential buyers to sample its Sun City Anthem community through its Vacation Getaway program. Through Aug. 31, the builder is offering a discount.

"You can get four nights ... for the price of three," sales manager Jim Bond said.

Each villa includes a living area, patio, television and videocassette recorder. A golf cart also is provided to tour the age-qualified community.

"Visitors have full access to all amenities, including recreational facilities, hosted parties and introductions to current residents, everything that makes up the Sun City Anthem way of life," Bond said.

Homes range from 1,496 to 3,175 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s to more than $500,000.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and then turn right on Alexandria Drive. The models are open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
