Catania, one of three floor plans modeled at Barrington, a neighborhood under development by Toll Bros. in Summerlin, is open for viewing. The European-inspired design offers three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, including a powder room and den on one side of the courtyard entry. The kitchen features an island workstation, dual wall-mounted ovens and a breakfast area. A family room in the home features a fireplace and media center. The den can be converted into a guest suite. The floor plan is designed around an enclosed courtyard, which features a covered patio and space for an optional outdoor fireplace. The family room, dining room and living room all overlook it. It also has dual staircases, a covered balcony with French doors, and a computer loft. The master suite features a retreat and a bath with dual walk-in closets, split vanities, a dressing area, 6-foot spa tub and separate shower. A fireplace and deck are optional. The kitchen features granite counter tops, raised-panel cabinets, upgraded appliances and an optional additional sink. A split three-car garage is optional. It is priced from $548,975. Three other floor plans are offered. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. To vist the gated neighborhood, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive, turn south and proceed to Vista Run Drive. Turn right and proceed to Roma Nord Place.
