Altare at Eagle Rock aligns TPC course
Resort-style living along the TPC at The Canyons golf course in Summerlin is one of the attractions at Altare at Eagle Rock, a gated neighborhood by Warmington Homes Nevada.
Three floor plans recently debuted at the neighborhood. The new homes can include as many as seven bedrooms and six baths.
Plan One, a single-story home, measures 2,904 square feet. The new two-story plans range from 3,173 to 3,910 square feet in Plan Two and from 3,462 to 4,072 square feet in Plan Three.
Several design options are available and can include casitas, detached garages, libraries, extra bedrooms and baths, expanded bedroom suites with private baths, dens, lofts, extended family rooms, bonus rooms and retreats off the owner suites.
Interiors feature ceramic-tile flooring throughout the entries, kitchens and laundry rooms; vaulted, high or coffered ceilings; French doors in select locations; family room fireplaces; media niches; secondary baths with ceramic-tile counter tops and dual china sinks; staircases with footlights and light-oak handrails; raised-panel doors with detailed casings; and upgraded floor moldings.
Standard amenities include instant hot-water systems, upgraded insulation and night setback thermostats.
The homes also feature block walls, stucco exteriors, stone and slate detailing, arched windows, shutters, balconies and pot shelves. Other features, per plan, include courtyards, casitas with bedrooms and baths, window seats, plant shelves, art niches, dual pantries, and built-ins such as desks and bookshelves.
Finished three-car garages with window insets and openers are standard, and available in split and tandem formats.
Many homes offer various views of the golf course, mountains and city.
Prices start from the low $300,000s.
