Reservations are being accepted for the second of four buildings at Boca Raton Condominiums, which will be built near the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue.

The $400 million, guard-gated development will feature seven-story buildings with 756 units. Among the available condos are the Caravellas, two-story units with private, street-side entrances.

"The Caravella's private entrance allows residents to walk right out their door to the pool, clubhouse or to their cars," said Susan Lerner, a sales agent who also purchased a home in the development. "It's great for pet owners since they don't have to go into an elevator."

Floor plans measure 593 to about 2,300 square feet, and are priced from the mid-$200,000s to more than $1 million.

The first phase of 173 units is set for completion in late summer 2006.

Resident amenities will include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, two resort-style pools, spas, and walking and running trails. In addition, the 15-acre property will have comfort stations and walking trails to accommodate owners' pets.

Other amenities are planned to include a private screening room, concierge services and a complimentary shuttle.
