Park Towers tops off at Hughes Center

     The Park Towers condominium development in Hughes Center recently topped off its twin, 20-story towers. The construction milestone came as presales had surpassed 70 percent, with the first occupancy expected later this year.
      "We are pleased at how well our construction and our sales have progressed," Irwin Molasky, who partnered with Steve Wynn in the development, said. "It is gratifying that sophisticated buyers with discerning tastes have chosen Park Towers to be their new residential address."
      The $125 million development has attracted buyers from around the world, including sports team owners, Internet entrepreneurs and gaming executives, according to Molasky.
      "Our exceptional location in America's most modern city attracts people who appreciate the ambience and convenience found here. Plus, the beautiful Las Vegas Strip can be seen from most residences," he said.
      A total of 84 residences will be built. Resident services and amenities will include a full-time staff that will cater to residents as well as their guests. A concierge will be available 24 hours a day to make restaurant reservations, order flowers or arrange for maid service. A business center, screening room, spa and beauty salon plus a wine cellar will also be available.
      "Las Vegas deserves a residential address as unique as Park Towers," said Molasky, who has been active in development for more than 50 years.
      "Its business-friendly, low-tax business environment has been attracting large corporations in recent years, transforming it into a center for commerce that has led the nation in growth for over a decade."
      There are five floor plans available, ranging from 2,100 to 5,400 square feet with two to four bedrooms, 10-foot ceilings and balconies. Many residences include a private elevator, while the entire development has a technologically advanced access-control system.
      "The developers of Park Towers created an environment that is world class, attracting a world-class mix of buyers," Cindy Calles, director of sales, said.
