Seven Hills landscaped
in Mediterranean theme
The landscape design at Seven Hills includes a variety of trees -- cypress, flowering and deciduous -- in addition to mixed shrubs, all of which enhance the Mediterranean theme of the community in Henderson, according to a representative for the developer, Silver Canyon Partnership.
Trees complement many neighborhood entries, which may also include architectural columns, arches and fountains, while parks and open space areas blend in with the desert surroundings.
Buyers can tour dozens of model homes, and choose from more than 45 floor plans. Homes priced from the $130,000s are available, as are homes priced from the $330,000s. Custom-home sites are priced from $180,000 to $950,000.
Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance, Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Villagio by Primack Homes; Palermo West, Capistrano and Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. U.S. Homes' Palazzo Monte is planned.
More than one-third of the community's 1,300 acres have been allocated for open space areas and include parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields and playgrounds.
To visit, take St. Rose Parkway (formerly Lake Mead Drive) to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue.
The information pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
