Builders unite in northwest
Nine floor plans are available at two neighborhoods being developed by two builders in northwest Las Vegas.
Quarterhorse Falls by Sterling S Development and Appaloosa Canyon by Spinnaker Homes are being built in a gated enclave highlighted by a park and gas street lamps.
There are four single- and two-story floor plans at Quarterhorse Falls, where prices start from the low $160,000s. Floor plans range from 1,841 to 3,124 square feet and each includes a three-car garage. Home sites measure 6,600 square feet or larger.
Five single- and two-story models are available at Appaloosa Canyon, ranging from 1,482 to 2,532 square feet, each with a three-car garage.
"As more prospective buyers find us, our sales activity continues to escalate," Bob Kent, a representative of the builders, said. "The good news is that there are still early phase pricing opportunities, as well as an excellent selection of home sites."
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to El Capitan Way, turn right and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
