Red Hills' amenities enumerated

The popularity of the Red Hills condominium complex in Summerlin can be attributed to its master-planned location, guard-gated privacy, floor plans and maintenance-free lifestyle, according to Dale Baylen, director of sales.
"Red Hills continues to attract a very wide range of buyers because it offers so much for such a competitive price," Baylen said. "Knowledgeable home buyers know that living in a master-planned community like Summerlin offers many benefits. ..."
The complex is being built by TSG Inc. in The Pueblo village. Six floor plans are available ranging from 1,217 to 1,591 square feet, with as many as three bedrooms and two baths. Each home has a garage with direct-home access.
Prices start from the mid-$120,000s. Some homes ready for immediate occupancy offer discounts.
The interiors have 9-foot ceilings; granite-hearth fireplaces; granite kitchen counter tops; cultured-marble Roman tubs and vanities; and ceramic-tile flooring in kitchens, entries, second baths and laundry rooms.
Each home comes with a built-in microwave oven, refrigerator, full-size washer and dryer and window coverings.
Common areas feature paver stone streets, landscaping, a swimming pool, spa, cabana area, a Spanish-tile sunbathing deck, clubhouse and fitness center.
The community is on Vegas Drive, just east of Rampart Boulevard.
