     Mark and Sharin Bleecker, 11-year Las Vegas residents, needed a larger home to accommodate their two children. After shopping around, they decided on Christopher Homes' Vineyards as the ideal neighborhood.
      "We toured at least 20 luxury neighborhoods in the northwest valley and found the perfect combination ... at Vineyards," Mark Bleecker, who owns a furniture store, said.       "Vineyards is a very appealing neighborhood with a linear park, plazas with fountains and attractive landscaping throughout," Sharin Bleecker said. "Because the neighborhood is in a terraced area of Summerlin, we were able to select a home with views of the city and the mountains. We also appreciate the added privacy and security of a guard-gated entry and the fact that most of the streets are cul-de-sacs. As a result, there is less traffic in the streets and less worry when children are outside playing."
      The Bleeckers chose the Cristal plan. The two-story home features four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a library, a three-car garage and measures 4,072 square feet.
      "We love the spaciousness of the Cristal plan, the beautiful double stairway and the unique architectural features throughout the home," Mark Bleecker said. "It's a versatile home that is great for entertaining and for day-to-day living. We especially love the balcony off the master suite, which gives us a great view of the Las Vegas skyline. From the front of our home, we have very nice mountain views."
