Toll Bros. opens models

     Toll Bros. has scheduled a grand opening for Aug. 5 of several models at its Wood Glen and Heritage Glen neighborhoods in the Willow Creek community, which is within Summerlin's The Willows village.
      Wood Glen features 77 lots with floor plans ranging from 3,400 to 3,800 square feet.
      Prices start from the mid-$300,000s.
      The Timberlake model offers as many as six bedrooms and an optional casita. It includes high and coffered ceilings, and formal living and dining rooms.
      The Shenandoah plan offers as many as six bedrooms, a den and loft.
      The Pineridge is a four-bedroom home with a den and 4 1/2 baths. Its downstairs owner suite features dual walk-in closets, a spa tub and separate shower.
      Heritage Glen will have 85 homes, ranging from 3,350 to 4,700 square feet, on lots starting at 10,000 square feet.
      Prices start from the low $400,000s.
      A single-story home, the Abbotsford features a great room, three bedrooms, a den and two covered patios.
      The Beningbrough features an entry and living room with high ceilings, and four bedrooms. Its island kitchen features a pantry and nook. This plan also offers two covered patios.
      The Chatsworth has a dual curved staircase overlooking the entry and two-story dining room. The kitchen features a breakfast nook and is open to the family room. The home also has four bedrooms, a library, bonus room and covered patio.
      To visit, take Town Center Drive to Havenwood Lane, south of Sahara Avenue, and turn west. The guarded entry is at Golden Willow Lane.
      The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
