Pulte offers golf course lifestyle

     Pulte Homes offers golf course living in three neighborhoods at the Stallion Mountain Country Club: The Links, The Fairways, and The Greens.
      Priced from $125,990, The Links features four floor plans that range from 1,193 to 1,619 square feet. Amenities include front-yard landscaping, access to a private recreation center, and a park with gazebos and barbecues.
      The Fairways presents four floor plans that range from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet. Homes feature three or four bedrooms, two-car garages, recreation room and hobby room options, front-yard landscaping, covered patios and front porches, and courtyards in some models. Prices start from $156,990.
      The Greens series offers four floor plans, ranging from 2,300 to 2,881 square feet. Homes feature circular dining areas, casita options, great rooms, low dividing walls in living areas, covered patios, three-car garages, covered front porchs and courtyards in some plans. These homes are priced from $211,990.
      "As home buyers enter the guard gated community at Stallion Mountain, they experience premier golf course living that is further enhanced by affordable price points," Tom Callahan, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder, said. "These communities offer a unique combination of style, quality and value."
      All homes in the community feature the Energy Star package, which uses 30 percent less energy than a standard home.
      Each home also includes a 10-year warranty.
      Visitors at any of the builder's neighborhoods can register for the Pulte Dream Homes Sweepstakes through Sept. 30. One winner will select a home ($250,000 credit) from any of the builder's 400 neighborhoods nationwide. In addition, the builder will award $1,000 shopping sprees and $50 gift certificates to other winners. The grand prize winner will be announced Dec. 8.
      To visit Stallion Mountain, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east, past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the community's entrance. The sales offices are open Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Mondays from noon to 6 p.m.
