Rhodes' Vistana readies phase of homes for release

     A new phase of homes is ready for release at Vistana, a gated condominium development in the Rhodes Ranch community in the southwestern valley.
      "Our newest release features a complete selection of home designs, as well as some of our finest available home sites," sales agent Damien Baldon said.
      Nine floor plans are available, ranging from 670 to 1,413 square feet with as many as three bedrooms and two baths. Prices start from the mid-$60,000s.
      Qualified buyers may be able to obtain financing that requires a total move-in cost of 1 percent of the purchase price, according to Baldon.
      Interiors include fireplaces, upgraded appliances, breakfast bars, laundry rooms, walk-in closets and cultured-marble vanities in baths.
      Attached garages with direct-home access are optional.
      Shared amenities include a 7,500-square-foot clubhouse with a swimming pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, fitness center and billiards area. The development is landscaped and includes a water feature, palm trees, gazebos, barbecues and open areas.
      To visit, take Tropicana Avenue to Durango Drive then go south to Warm Springs Road. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
