Several benefits await buyers at the new Boca Raton Condominiums, according to on-site sales agent and home buyer Susan Lerner. The development is under construction at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Ave.
"I bought at Boca Raton because I don't have to buy appliances, and I don't have to upgrade because the base features just blow you away," Lerner said. "Boca has all the amenities of a five-star resort, and the fact that it's already under construction inspires confidence with buyers."

The development will include four seven-story residential buildings and two underground parking garages. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, two pools, multiple spas, a screening room and pedestrian trails. Barbecues will be located next to gazebos throughout the property, as will outdoor fireplaces. Comfort stations for pets will also be provided.
Buyers can choose from three styles of condominium units: the one- or two bedroom Casita; the two-story Caravella with a private, street-side entrance; and the Penthouse with city and mountain views.
Each unit will come standard with granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, designer fixtures, hardwood cabinetry and upgraded appliances. Each unit will also be wired for an individual alarm system and ceiling fans, and will be cable ready. Upgrade packages are available.
Floor plans range from 593 to about 2,300 square feet, and are priced from the mid-$200,000s to more than $1 million.
Complementing the property will be a 24-hour guarded entry, concierge services and a complimentary shuttle.
The first phase of 172 units is set for completion in late summer 2006. At buildout, the $400 million development will encompass 756 units.
