The Residences at MGM Grand combines the exclusivity of condominium living with the amenities of the resort, according to the builder.
To be built on the northeast end of the 116-acre property, the development offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom combination suites measuring 600 to 1,600 square feet. Suites will be fully furnished.

Each of the three 40-story towers will feature 24-hour front desk and concierge services.
Prices range from $450,000 to more than $2 million.
Sales are under way for the third tower; the first two towers are nearly sold out.
Construction is under way, with the first tower set for completion in June 2006.
A furnished two-bedroom model residence is open for viewing at the sales office in MGM Grand's Studio Walk, located at 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South. It is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
