Century 21 MoneyWorld plans corporate office

Century 21 MoneyWorld has unveiled plans to open its first corporate office and a new sales office on West Sahara Avenue, according to Mike West, president of the company.
The realty firm aims to build a 12,000-square-foot sales office and a 4,000-square-foot executive office at 8800 W. Sahara Ave., west of Buffalo Drive. The offices will open next spring.
"The offices will be closer than our current Sahara office to Summerlin South and the Beltway -- it's a growth area and an ideal location," West said.
The firm, with almost 330 agents, has been one of the fastest-growing in Las Vegas, according to West.
"In the past three years, we have added three new sales offices, doubled our sales volume and increased the number of agents by 35 percent," he said. "Currently we're on track to record $525 million in sales volume and 3,500 closed transactions for the year."
West said the new office will be 50 percent larger than the current facility and will be wired for high-tech use.
The corporate office, a first for MoneyWorld, will centralize the company's support services, which have been handled at offices throughout the valley.
"That will enable us to operate more efficiently and better service our agents and our clients," West said.
Michael Donovan, broker and co-owner of MoneyWorld, said building the new office is in line with the company's long-range plans.
"Our goals have always been to generate leads for our agents, which we do best when we have a strong market presence, and provide tools to help our agents generate their own business. This new office helps accomplish both," Donovan said.
The firm has five offices valleywide.
