Anthem Country Club offers range of custom lots
Anthem Country Club's Prestancia, Alvamar and Valdorama neighborhoods offer a variety of custom-home sites to suit the varying needs of buyers. Within the 1,000-acre, member-owned country club in Henderson, one of Alvamar's available home sites overlooks the first hole of the community's championship golf course. This lot measures 20,167 square feet, and is priced at $300,000. A custom-home site available in the Prestancia neighborhood is elevated to showcase city views. The cul-de-sac lot measures more than 67,000 square feet and is priced at $1.175 million. Each custom-home site neighborhood features its own private gated entrance. "These are stunning home sites in elegant neighborhoods with all the amenities Anthem Country Club homeowners enjoy," Bob Rademacher, vice president of sales and marketing, said. Purchases in the Prestancia and Valdorama neighborhoods include an equity golf membership in the community's 7,300-yard, par-72 championship golf course. The community is highlighted by a 34,770-square-foot clubhouse, featuring fine and casual dining, a meeting room, pro shop, and locker rooms with lounge areas. A 13,700-square-foot athletic club offers exercise equipment, aerobics, swimming, basketball, sand volleyball and tennis. The facility also includes a full-service salon, lap and resort-style pools, a wading pool, and spa. The country club is part of Del Webb Corp.'s 5,000-acre Anthem master-planned community. Twenty floor plans from four collections of homes are offered, priced from the $190,000s to more than $1 million. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue and go south, about three miles south of St. Rose Parkway. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
