Custom-lot sales rise at Seven Hills

Nearly 200 custom-home sites have been sold in Seven Hills, a planned community in Henderson. Of those sales, more than 100 homes are completed, under construction or in the review process.

Home sites among the community's custom neighborhoods are priced from the $180,000s, and measure from about one-quarter acre to 1 acre.

Each of these neighborhoods features a guard-gated entry.

More than one-third of the 1,300-acre community will be open space, including parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds.

Seven Hills is a development of Silver Canyon Partnership.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
