Pulte hosts Autumn Ridge grand opening

     Pulte Homes is celebrating the grand opening of Autumn Ridge today with food, prizes and special incentives for home buyers from 1 to 4 p.m. The neighborhood is located within The Willows village in Summerlin.
      Four floor plans are available, ranging from 1,299 to 1,653 square feet and priced from $135,990. The homes offer as many as four bedrooms with a den option, great rooms (per plan), three-car garages and 45X115 lots.
      Interior design features include ceramic-tile flooring at entry, light fixtures and prewiring for cable and phone.
      The multimedia package features category five high-speed wiring throughout the home, while increasing the amount of phone and cable outlets and video inputs. It centralizes phone and cable wiring to allow homeowners to control all functions of phones, television and computers from one location.
      Owner suites feature walk-in closets, separate tubs and showers, and dual-sink vanities.
