Boca Raton condos attract buyers

Boca Raton Condominiums' location at Las Vegas Boulevard South and Serene Avenue attracts buyers to the luxury-condominium project, according to sales agents.

"I'm very excited about this purchase. After seeing what is going up around here and the beautiful amenities this project offers, I'm looking forward to getting my unit," said David Ramirez, who was among the project's first buyers.

Amenities at the complex will include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, two resort-style pools, spas, and trails. In addition, the 15-acre property will provide accommodations for residents' pets.

Other amenities include a screening room, concierge service and complimentary shuttle to various sites in the valley.

Four seven-story buildings will feature 756 units ranging from 593 to more than 2,300 square feet. They will have 10- and 12-foot ceilings, upgraded kitchen appliances and technological options.

Additional features include two two-story underground parking garages and 24-hour guarded gates.

A sales center is open at 2475 W. Serene Ave.
