Boca Raton buyer cites pet-friendly amenities

Boca Raton Condominiums, a luxury mid-rise project under construction near Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue, aims to bring a touch of South Beach to the valley.

Susan Lerner, a sales agent at the property, recently purchased a home in the development. She said her decision was partially influenced by the property's pet-friendly amenities.

The 15-acre development will have comfort stations located along its outdoor trails.

The complex will have Mediterranean Revival architecture in tribute to the style that become popular in South Florida in the 1920s. It will comprise four seven-story buildings with 756 units and two two-story underground parking garages.

Condominiums are available in three standard floor plans: one- or two-bedroom units, penthouses, and two-story units that feature private exterior entrances.

Residences will measure 593 to more than 2,300 square feet and have 10- and 12-foot ceilings, as well as advanced technological features, upgraded kitchen appliances and contemporary bath fixtures.

Common amenities will include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse, multiple swimming pools, spas and trails. Additionally, there will be a guard-gated entry, concierge service and complimentary shuttle service to various sites.

A sales center is open at 2475 W. Serene Ave.
