Residences come 'stocked'

Condominiums at The Residences at MGM Grand come fully furnished and feature myriad upgraded amenities.

To be built on the northeast end of the MGM Grand's 116-acre property, the development offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom combination suites measuring 600 to 1,600 square feet.

Bath highlights include spa tubs, dual vanity sinks and separate walk-in marble showers.

Additionally, the homes will feature crown molding, raised-panel wood doors, high-speed data connectivity, granite counter tops, imported cabinetry and appliances, and private owner closets.

Residents will have access to the casino's amenities.

Prices range from $450,000 to more than $2 million.

A joint project between MGM Grand and Turnberry Associates, the complex will feature three 40-story towers.

Sales are under way for the third tower; the first two towers are nearly sold out.

Construction is under way, with the first tower set for completion in June 2006.

A furnished two-bedroom model residence is available for viewing at the sales office in MGM Grand's Studio Walk, located at 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South. It is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
