COLUMN: Lee and Associates names senior vice president

-- Scott H. Owens of Lee and Associates has been promoted from vice president to senior vice president. He has 18 years of experience in industrial brokerage.

-- Donna Alderson, first vice president and senior industrial broker with CB Richard Ellis, received the Specialist, Industrial and Office Real Estate designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

-- Misti Rossi has joined The Merica Agency as an account executive for The Howard Hughes Corp. Previously, she was advertising manager at The Venetian.

-- The Restrepo Consulting Group has affiliated with Michael C. "Nick" Niarchos. He served for 17 years as senior vice president and general counsel of The Howard Hughes Corp. Presently, Niarchos practices law representing real estate and corporate clients.

-- Silver State Bank in Henderson has appointed Russell Petersen senior vice president of business development. Previously, he was associated with Wells Fargo and First Security banks.
