Pulte opens Siena Ancora modelsSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Pulte Homes hosts the grand opening of Siena Ancora today and tomorrow in the Southern Highlands community in the southwestern valley. The celebration will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. All of the homes are built with Pulte's Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology and have earned the Energy Star label. A two-year heating and cooling guarantee is included with each home. Buyers can choose from five floor plans, ranging from 1,662 to 2,665 square feet and priced from $193,990 to $245,990. The floor plans are similar to those featured in the builder's Siena Vista neighborhood, also located within Southern Highlands, in addition to the all-new Plan 1881. A single-story design, it measures 1,881 square feet with three bedrooms, or two bedrooms plus an optional den, and a two-car garage. Each plan name indicates the square footage of the home. Plan 1662 is a single-story design offering three bedrooms and an optional den. Highlights include an optional courtyard with a circular entry, and a master suite with a walk-in closet and separate tub and shower. The two-car garage can be expanded. Plan 2299, a two-story home, comes with a detached two-car garage. Interior features include a vaulted ceiling in the formal living area; a formal dining room; island kitchen with nook; family room; and three bedrooms, including a master suite with a walk-in closet. The two-story Plan 2521 can be built with three bedrooms, including a master suite; and a den or optional fourth and fifth bedrooms. Also featured are formal dining and living areas, a family room, and an island kitchen with nook. A three-car tandem garage or a two-car garage with an optional bonus room are also available. A curved stairway highlights the interior of Plan 2665, which offers three to five bedrooms. The formal living and dining area has a vaulted ceiling, while the island kitchen contains a nook. A tandem three-car garage is standard, but can be reconfigured to feature storage space or a fifth bedroom with bath. Additional features in the homes include ceramic-tile flooring at entry, structured wiring systems with central hubs, and soft-water loops. To tour the models, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road and exit west. Proceed to Decatur Boulevard, head south to Sommerset Hills then turn left. The sales office is open Monday from noon to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Southern Highlands is planned to include more than 40 acres of parks and more than 100 acres of open space. Bicycle and jogging paths, as well as hiking trails are also planned. Public and private schools are also expected. Central to the community is the Southern Highlands Golf Club. Pulte Homes, the nation's largest home builder, is developing 10 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada. The builder plans soon to introduce three additional neighborhoods: Sage Hills, Cara Vella and Wyeth Ranch.
