Stonehaven features semicustom floor plans
Stonehaven, a Toll Bros. luxury home neighborhood in Henderson, offers four semi-custom floor plans within the MacDonald Highlands guard-gated hillside community. Buyers may add media centers, bonus rooms, family rooms and dens, among other options, to design the home to their needs. "A family's home should suit the needs and desires of each person," said Gary Mayo, vice president for the company's Las Vegas division. "Ideally the home will have a place for everyone to enjoy their own privacy, as well as plenty of space for times when the whole family gets together for dinner or even just to play a board game." The single-story Belleisle, a 2,930-square-foot plan, features a coffered entry area leading into a great room with a media niche and fireplace. The base price for this two-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath floor plan is $426,975. The Messina is a two-story, 3,635-square-foot home featuring a kitchen with a breakfast area, and a dining area with a bay window. The first-floor master suite includes a sitting area; dual walk-in closets; and a master bath with a triangle-shaped tub, separate walk-behind shower, and dual vanities. The home has two secondary bedrooms, a bonus room, den and split three-car garage. It starts from $461,975. The 3,848-square-foot Edinburgh offers a first-floor master suite with a bath featuring dual vanities, a dressing area, Roman tub and separate dual shower. The island kitchen features a butler's pantry leading to the formal dining room. The base price on this floor plan, which includes four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, is $463,975. Offering four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, the two-story Haddington measures 4,027 square feet. It is designed around a courtyard and features a turret entry, two-story family room, kitchen with a pantry, and separate office and computer room. The master suite includes dual walk-in closets, dual vanities and a spa tub. The base price is $478,975. All homes feature two-by-six construction, Thermador appliances, granite counter tops, spa tubs, category five wiring and RG6 coaxial cable. Within the MacDonald Highlands community, homeowners can enjoy lighted tennis and basketball courts, five miles of exercise trails, three parks and a golf course.
