Parkside nears closeout

Pulte Homes' Parkside, a gated townhome development in Summerlin, has homes ready for immediate move-in, according to the builder, and only a few home sites remain.

"Parkside is a luxury townhome community, with a lot of upgrades already included in the homes that other developments don't normally incorporate," sales agent Melissa Latta said.

"One of these upgrades is completely tiled and carpeted floors -- no vinyl flooring. Buyers can also choose from a wide variety of other upgrades, including granite counter tops."

Single-story models are priced from $189,990 to $211,990. Floor plans measure 1,361, 1,501 and 1,634 square feet, and offer two or three bedrooms. Courtyards and rotunda entries are also available.

Other highlights consist of a cook top, built-in oven and microwave; upgraded fixtures in the master bath; structured wiring package; and prewiring for a security system.

Community amenities include a pool, fitness center and front-yard landscaping.

The townhomes are recognized as Energy Star Homes, and also feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living technology. A two-year heating and cooling guarantee is included.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, turn south and proceed past Charleston Boulevard. The sales office is open Monday from noon to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
