Second pool opens at Vistana

Vistana at Rhodes Ranch, a condominium complex in the southwestern valley, has opened its second swimming pool.

"Residents are thrilled to now have a second community pool available at our tropical oasis in the desert," sales agent Brent Simmons said. "It's open just in time to beat the heat of the upcoming summer.

Resort-style amenities at the complex include a two-story fitness center and a spa. A third water amenity is planned for the last phase.

Three floor plans feature one bedroom and one bath and range from 670 to 796 square feet; and five two-bedroom, two-bath designs measure from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The three-bedroom, two-bath Venice plan provides 1,413 square feet. Each home includes an appliance package and window coverings.

Prices range from the mid-$70,000s to the mid-$130,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive and go south to Warm Springs Road. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
