Studio, one- and two-bedroom residences are available in the third tower at The Residences at MGM Grand, a luxury-condominium development with hotel-like amenities.
The first and second towers are under construction, and completion of the first one is slated for June 2006.

The units in the third tower measure 600 to 1,600 square feet, and will be fully furnished, from linens to tableware, and feature amenities such as crown molding, raised-panel wood doors, granite counter tops, imported cabinetry, Sub-Zero refrigeration and Meile appliances.
Prices range from $450,000 to more than $2 million.
A two-bedroom model residence can be viewed daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the resort's Studio Walk, located at 3799 Las Vegas Blvd. South.
