Boca Raton complex draws varied audience

Boca Raton Condominiums has impressed not only home shoppers, but three members of its own sales staff. Among them is Susan Lerner, who looks forward to moving into her new home in the first building at the complex.

"The fact that Boca Raton is already under construction inspires confidence, and it's great seeing the project constantly moving forward," Lerner said.

"Boca has all of the amenities of a five-star resort, and I bought a home because I don't have to buy appliances, and I don't have to upgrade because the base features just blow you away."

The development is on a 15-acre site at Las Vegas Blvd. South and Serene Avenue. It will comprise four seven-story buildings and a total of 756 units. The residences will sit atop two two-story underground garages providing more than 1,300 parking spaces.

Floor plans measure 593 to more than 2,300 square feet and are priced from the mid-$200,000s to more than $1 million.

Phase one, which comprises 173 units, is scheduled to open in late summer 2006.

Common amenities will include gardens, pools, spas, and trails for walking and biking. Comfort stations and walking trails for pets are also planned throughout the property.

The sales office is located at 2475 W. Serene Ave. in Las Vegas.
