-- CB Richard Ellis named April Shannon as a marketing specialist for the Las Vegas industrial team. Previously, Shannon was a financial analyst for Hewlett Packard Corp.

-- Clark & Sullivan Constructors transferred Pat Schlosser from its Reno office to Las Vegas, where he serves as vice president and area manager. Schlosser has been with the company since 1986.

-- The Merica Agency named Cindy Jennings as an account supervisor. She was formerly marketing director for Red Rock Country Club. The agency also named Salvador Munoz as an art director. Previously, he was a graphic designer at Quillin & Co.

-- Sherri Green has joined the marketing team at Old Republic Title Co. Green has 18 years of commercial sales experience.
