Richmond American agent buys Encore floor plan

Richmond American Homes sales manager Nicole Moore said she couldn't be happier with her purchase of a single-story Verdi model from the Encore Collection, a series of homes her employer offers throughout the valley.

The series is available at Ascente and Encore at Anthem, both in Henderson, Civano at Southern Highlands and Pavona Estates in northwest Las Vegas.

Moore said the builder offers features that are hard to find from any other company.

"Where else can you find a home with all the living space on the first level, but an option for an attic loft upstairs?" Moore said. "I really enjoy having everything on the same level in the 1,628 square feet of this beautiful design, especially since there is really no wasted space in this home. But with the attic loft option that I included, I also have the luxury of putting my son Chandler's playroom upstairs."

Homes in the Encore Collection range from 1,628 to 3,279 square feet. Optional design configurations include casitas, attic lofts, extra bedrooms, three-car tandem garages and master retreats.

After working for the company for more than three years, Moore has had the opportunity to view its inner workings.

"I truly admire the philosophy and commitment that Richmond has for both the quality of homes they build and how they treat their buyers. After being with the company all this time, in my capacity as sales representative and now as sales manager, I would never consider buying from any other home builder. And I'm only one of many, many Richmond American employees who have chosen to live in one of our neighborhoods," Moore said.

Models for Ascente can be viewed at Encore at Anthem. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, past St. Rose Parkway to Anthem Parkway, then head east on Reunion Drive.

To visit Civano, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, go west to the entrance of Southern Highlands.

Pavona Estates is located near Elkhorn and Thom roads in northwest Las Vegas.

Richmond American offers more than two dozen subdivisions in Southern Nevada. Model home viewing hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday and Friday, when they open at noon.
