Tramonto villas open at Lake Las Vegas Resort

Among the newest residential offerings at Lake Las Vegas Resort in Henderson is Tramonto, a collection of 48 luxury villas surrounded by the Reflection Bay Golf Club.

Three single-story floor plans are available on three levels. Each includes a two-car garage.

At 1,908 square feet, the Garden Level features a master suite, a secondary bedroom and an office library. Options include a wet bar with a granite counter top and a fireplace in the master suite.

Terrace Level plans measure 2,335 square feet with a master suite and two secondary bedrooms. An exercise or media room, office library, and fireplace in the master suite are optional.

The Penthouse Level ranges from 2,439 to 2,823 square feet with a master suite and as many as three secondary bedrooms. Options include a summer kitchen on the veranda, a wet bar, and an exercise or media room.

Features include grand verandas, maple cabinetry, and kitchens with granite counter tops and premium appliances.

Prices start from the high $500,000s.

"With Tramonto's scheduled grand opening this spring, the final stages of phase one close-out pricing are now in effect," sales director Chat Wynne said. "Now is the best time for buyers to own the luxury desert resort lifestyle offered at Lake Las Vegas."

Marquis Resort Homes is developing Tramonto, which is planned to feature a spa, lap pool, pool house, shaded sitting areas, a fire pit, and landscaping that includes fountains.

Lake Las Vegas Resort is a 2,600-acre development surrounding a 320-acre privately owned lake. The resort is planned to include world-class resort hotels and spas, a collection of championship golf courses, fine dining, boutique shopping and European-style casinos.
